Add-on Technical Courses are being conducted in Polytechnic Colleges for the benefit of students of Govt. Arts and Science Colleges in the State to enhance their employable opportunity. Under this Scheme, the Students of Arts & Science Colleges will get an opportunity to undergo additional Job-oriented, Technical, Short-Term Course in Polytechnic Colleges during holidays and evening hours along with their regular Degree Courses. The main objectives of the Courses are to enhance the Technical Skills and the Employment potentiality of Students of Arts & Science Colleges for better placement. To this effect the Govt. of Tamil Nadu have issued a G.O.(MS) No. 197 Higher Education (G1) dt. 22.06.2009.  CIRCULAR RELATED TO ADD ON COURSES
